Quadri Oladipo

Vibration Control Engineer, University of Huddersfield

Quadri Oladipo is a design engineer working on a Knowledge Transfer Partnership project between Pendle Polymer Engineering Limited and the University of Huddersfield. Quadri is a first-class BSc degree holder in Aeronautical engineering from Kazan Aviation institute and has a distinction MSc degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Huddersfield. He is a CAE specialist with 6 years’ experience designing, simulating, and optimising mechanical systems. 

Quadri is enthusiastic about research-driven innovation and is currently researching optimisation of the design and manufacturing process of rubber components using CAE. His past research projects include the design and optimisation of a semi-active suspension system using a PID controller and improving the efficiency of turbocharger-coupled diesel engine.

Despite a specialist career choice, Quadri is a ‘jack of all trade’ regarding hobbies. He enjoys all sorts of mental and physical sports, as well as cooking, cocktail mixing, and reading.
